Return Policy
At Favors by Dorinda, we are committed to making your event a
success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise.
However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will
do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
We cannot accept returns on any Candy Bar orders.. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. This pertains solely to any hand-crafted gift items and not favors.. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
For your own protection, please use a shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation, so that the items can be tracked. Be sure to have the items insured against damage. We will not issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
Shipping:
Normal turn-around time for favors is 7 to 10 business days from the date of the order with an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Larger orders may require additional time. Please check with us if you are not sure about your order. We can not guarantee an order in less time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and larger orders must to be signed for.
We only ship to the 50 states.We regret that we can not ship to the Virgin Islands or overseas as we can not guarantee delivery. Alaska & Hawaii shipping charges vary. Call for rates. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Rush Orders
While we do not encourage rush orders, we do understand that from
time to time things occur. We will do our best to work with you
in getting your order to you on time. Please be sure to email
us, prior to submitting an online order, to request a RUSH authorization
number. Please wait for a confirmation email from us. Fees may
apply.
Personal checks:
We accept only VISA, MasterCard, American Express. All funds must
be in US. We do not accept personal checks. Personal checks received
will be returned and only delay the processing of your order.
Declined credit cards:
Please ensure that your credit card you provide has a limit that
will be sufficient to cover your order. If your card is declined
we will attempt to contact you up to 3 times by email. If we do
not receive a response, we cannot be held liable for the order.
Sales Tax:
Only New Jersey State residents will be charged a sales tax &
shipping tax of 7%. All other states are tax exempt at this time.
Pricing and Product Stock
Every effort is made to assure the accuracy of this website. Due
to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to make adjustments
or corrections due to errors throughout this website. This includes
pricing, shipping, and product description information, product
discontinuance or typographical or photographic errors.
